On Valentine’s Day, thousands flock to Times Square to celebrate love and passion with surprise proposals, romantic weddings, and a vow renewal ceremony of 150+ couples re-saying “I do!” on the iconic Red Steps, all taking place in front of each year’s winner of the Annual Times Square Love & Design Competition, presented by Times Square Arts.
