E.A.K. Ramen was born from the philosophy of wanting to spread IEKEI style ramen to the world. IEKEI is a style of ramen that marries Tonkotsu style from the West (Kyushu) and Shoyu style from the East (Tokyo). It combines thick broth, which is a mixture of chicken and pork; a topping of spinach instead of green onions, with chashu, a large piece of nori, and aji-tama egg; and the noodles are thick, bold and straight.
E.A.K. Ramen's broth uses only natural chicken and pork bones and takes 18 hours to prep, boil, cook, stir, and perfect. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
